This is for the girls

Here is my everyday routine at work: I arrive, open my laptop, check my mail, check Facebook, twitter, and possibly every other social thing, to see what my church family is up to, especially the youth in the area.

You want to know what I am sick and tired of? Now, this is no rant at all. This is the TRUTH, and this may be some tough truth to handle. I am sick of girls dressing immodestly. If you have stopped here and closed the window, you know where you stand. If you are offended by this, then you need change. Here is the truth girls, and this may hurt:

Guys are attracted to girls. Plain and simple. Let’s think logically for a second. Boy A, lets call him Timmy, is attracted to Girl A, let’s call her Sally. Timmy is attracted to Sally. He thinks Sally looks really pretty. Sally may or may not know this, it is not relevant to the story. What matters to the story is what Timmy thinks of Sally. He thinks Sally is pretty. Timmy only sees Sally at school. Sally is told by other girls and boys at the school that she is very pretty. The school comes to a close, summer is here. Sally wants to tell everyone about her wonderful trip to the beach or her lazy day at the pool. What does she do? She decides to post pictures to her social website. Pictures of her in her bathing suit. Timmy sees these pictures. This is the process we have:

1. Boy A likes Girl A.
2. Boy A likes Girl A because she is attractive.
3. Girl A knows she is attractive from all the comments that Boys/Girls B-Z tell her.
4. Girl A therefore posts pictures of her in her bathing suit.
5. Boy A sees bathing suit pictures of Girl A on the internet.
6. We conclude, therefore, that Boy A has impure thoughts of Girl A.

If you want to be a Christian Woman, it’s time to stop being a little girl.

Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, But a woman who fears the Lord, She shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:30

That women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control.
1 Timothy 2:9

But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Jesus
